The expense report is not checked for mathematical accuracy. So there may be chance if someone could try to make a fraud and make wrong or more entries in the form. A copy of the Cash Advance Approval form should be sent to the college Cashier so it can compare it with the one submitted by the staff(Hall 2011). If in case some member offended and violating college rules, they made for expense reimbursements, they should be punished, so that in future staff members should be aware that college is strict about its policies.
